Feldspar Ridge
Feldspar Ridge is a new community of townhome-style apartments in Glastonbury, Connecticut, part of a larger 28.6-acre land development underway on the property. It was designed around a simple idea: that a rental home should feel like a home, not a unit in a building. The community is organized along three quiet internal streets, Emilia Way, Lorraine Way, and Elf Way, that branch through the property to create distinct neighborhoods within the whole. Rather than a single repeated building type, Feldspar Ridge is composed of two, three, and four home buildings arranged in clusters, giving each street its own scale and rhythm. No two approaches feel the same. Unit Sizes: 1,500-2,600 SF Lot Area: 28.6 Acres Project Type: Land Development, Condominium Exterior Cladding: Stucco, Fiber Cement Primary Structure: Engineered wood and concrete Style: Transitional Modern Units: 214 Building Structures: 51
