Feldspar Ridge is a new community of townhome-style apartments in Glastonbury, Connecticut, part of a larger 28.6-acre land development underway on the property. The community is organized along three quiet internal streets, Emilia Way, Lorraine Way, and Elf Way, that branch through the property to create distinct neighborhoods within the whole.
